Recently, I came across a film titled THE BUCKET LIST starring, Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman. It portrays the journey of two men who have been given a limited time to live. Instead of revelling in grief they embark upon experiences of a lifetime. They write a bucket list, bucket list in their pocket, they ascend on their journey. There is a scene, where the actors are sat high up looking at the  Egyptian Pyramids, (spectacular view). Morgan Freeman turns to Jack Nicholson and says " The Ancient Egyptians had a beautiful belief. When their souls got to the gates of heaven God asked them two questions. Their answers determined whether they were admitted or not: Have you found Joy in your life?  Has your life brought Joy to others?".

Think about the above questions and write your answers down. During this activity you will reflect on your life and understand more about you and more so what you still need to do.
